Welcome to Walker's Furever Care LLC. By booking a pet sitting service through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Because we provide exclusive, dedicated care for your pet, these policies ensure the safety and commitment of both parties.

1. Exclusive One-on-One Care

  • Household Policy: To ensure the highest quality of care and safety, we only pet sit one pet at a time (or multiple pets exclusively from the same household).

  • No Outside Mixing: Your pet will never be boarded or mixed with pets from other families during their stay. Unless notified and you are ok!

2. Deposit & Booking Policy

  • Securing Your Dates: Because we only take one client at a time, dates are highly limited. A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

  • Strict No-Refund Policy:All deposits are 100% non-refundable for any reason. If you cancel, reschedule, or change your plans, the deposit will not be returned or applied to future dates, as we blocked out our schedule exclusively for your pet and turned away other clients.

3. Pet Health, Safety, & Behavior

  • Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on Rabies and standard vaccinations.

  • Behavior: You must disclose any history of aggression, severe separation anxiety, or destructive behavior before booking. We reserve the right to terminate care if a pet poses a danger to themselves or others, with no refund given.

  • Medical Emergencies: If your pet requires emergency veterinary care while you are away, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, you authorize Walker's Furever Care LLC to approve necessary medical treatment, and you agree to cover all veterinary costs.

4. Supplies & Food

  • Owner's Responsibility: You agree to provide enough food, medication, treats, and any necessary comfort items (beds, toys) for the entire duration of the stay. If we need to purchase additional food or supplies for your pet, you will be billed for the cost of the items plus a $15 trip fee.

5. Photos & Updates

  • We love sending updates! By booking, you agree that we may take photos/videos of your pet to send to you and to feature on our social media or website. Let us know before the stay if you prefer we keep your pet private.

6. Fleas, Ticks, & Hygiene

  • Flea & Tick Free: All pets must be on an active flea and tick preventative. If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks upon arrival OR during their stay, they will be treated immediately at the owner's expense, and a $50 environmental cleaning fee will be added to your final bill to cover the cost of treating our home/premises.

  • Coat Condition & Matting: We provide basic brushing and maintenance for comfort, but we do not offer professional dematting. If a pet arrives with severely matted hair that causes discomfort or traps dirt, we may require the pet to be professionally groomed before we can accept them for their stay.

  • Heavy Dirt & Mud: Pets must arrive reasonably clean. If your pet gets excessively dirty, muddy, or rolls in something hazardous during their stay, they will be given a basic bath. If your pet arrives on the day of service in this condition services will be refused and deposit will NOT be refunded.

7. Military Discount

  • 10% Discount: We are proud to support those who serve. We offer a 10% discount on our pet sitting services for active-duty military, veterans, and their immediate families.

  • Verification: To receive this discount, please mention your military status at the time of booking. A valid military ID or proof of service must be provided before the final invoice is issued. (Note: Discounts apply to the base service rate and cannot be applied to non-refundable deposits, emergency vet bills, or extra expense fees).

8. Booking & Meet & Greet Policy

  • Mandatory Meet & Greet: To ensure a safe and comfortable fit for your pet, we require a Meet & Greet before confirming any first-time appointments.

  • Next Steps After Booking: Once you request a booking online, we will message you within 24–48 hours to check your availability and schedule this meeting.

  • Securing Your Dates:No booking is fully secured or guaranteed until the Meet & Greet has been successfully completed, the deposit has been paid, and we have explicitly confirmed the appointment.
